Wow, promising. How about impressions against the HD 25? Can you give some ;D

Got be honest Boy I think I will try not to compare the hd25 although I should do simply because I only got to listen to the hd25 about 10 minutes at the meet in Eastwood, so that might not be too fair.

My comparison cans will be Bose qc3 (though it is gone I can remember its sig no worries), Bose IEM's  - I will test against the full size cans only as a comparison to close on ear and open over ear since really they should not be aligned side by side.

Right now I am placing this can in the K7XX camp for sound sig and not grado.. I think from my initial impression of the HD25 it had a smaller sound stage but maybe more attack in the mid range placing it more in the grado camp.

Still want to get a hd25 if I am being honest to go along side this hehe...maybe the 325i is just pure greed ;)

Its like spending an evening at an art gallery, followed by some fine wine, cheese, a bowel of pasta and a walk home with some well.. German bird I guess haha..

don't forget the scotch afterwards.  ooops, forgot, you're irish  ;D

As opposed to clubbing with your mates at the local boozer and staggering home in a taxi with some cheap Miss right on the night haha... fun but ultimately not very educating ;)

LOL.  Anyways, congratz man.  8)

Looks like I won't be poisoned then, I'm indifferent towards the K7xx's.  ;D

I am curious about whether they do have "Stax-like" highs as some reviewers claim, and also for their alleged incoherence (heavenly treble, wooly mids and bass).

crazy but never put a DT on my head before lol.. been meaning to but never got round to it... will definitely do a comparo next time :) I would say the DT might have more substance being a much bigger can but you never know.

currently listening to Nightwish: Kuolema Tekee Taiteilijan (off their album, Once)

The presentation is immaculate, not a hair out of place, beautiful detail. This is quite an articulate set of cans.

well I would not say they are totally in the K camp, the fit on the ear is key to that interpretation. I think they have better attack than the K for rock and little bit warmer than the K's. Not a bass can though, 100% sure on that right now - lets see what the next 100 hours tells me when the foam remembers my ear better also :)

got to listen to some stax to be honest but the treble is really lush - vocals are so well presented - its like a knife through butter. :)

If I had a big fat head and these were super tight (like pushing them right up to my ear) then the bass is pretty strong, checking Metallica That was just your life in FLAC using push can to ear technique gives a strong example of that.

wow. I think there's a silent race between mochan and marcus. The most gears acquired by the end of the month wins!

the detail and clarity was the main thing which addicted me to these beyers, followed by the comfort and absence of fatigue. those new tesla drivers might have improved on those strengths, and i can't imagine how great sounding that should be :)

you really mean to use them as portables? they don't leak sound out i guess. and these are actually closed cans... i thought the metal on the outside were screens :)

wanted to attend the last meet with my cans but i had trouble with transport and the fact i had to bring the amp too... let's compare these sometime!

can I just say right now that on the cowon s9 with bbe viva 2 the t50p retains that crystal clear treble and all the detail but hubba bubba baby girl the bass is there in spades -  once again playing sexy bitch by David Guetta....

these cans clearly love my s9 and BBE ;D

lets comparo for sure cuz any HD25 people out there? I am not sure I want to keep the 325i just yet lol.. greed purchase and thinking the hd25 might be  better fit than the 325i - we shall see.
