Update: I just tried all types of music genre on my illegal music collection.

From Led, Sinatra, John Mayer, Jack J, Nils Lofgren, Rodrigo y gabriela, gipsy kings, santana, aerosmith, porcupine tree, muse, massive attack, some classical also. Now on Beyonce and Gaga. lol. Next up DMB.
This thing is just smooth. I really can't believe how great it handles the bass. Punchy but never losing detail. Imaging and detail is very similar to the um3x. The mids are not recessed like most of my iems. The treble has energy, not its greatest strength, but not weak also. It feels more real, and true. Just what I expect from the music I feed them with. Soundstage is very decent (not really good in determining this). So far, its more than worth the money. I'm using comply tips from my westone 2.
This are somewhat large compared to the westone 2. Sometimes it gets irritating when worn, but that's depending on the tip I used. The stock double flange tips offer very good sound, but my ear hurts right away when I use that. Switching to tips from the westone 2, used the silicon single flange, and the fit is perfect. But the sound gets a little muffled because of the small opening of the tip. Now switched to the complys, and everything fell into place both comfort wise and sound wise. The treble gets better and the bass is not as strong just like I want it. My only gripe really is the y-splitter which is very short. I feel so tight when I wear them over the ear, under the chin. Good thing that I prefer wearing iems over the ear, behind the neck.
