Welcome to HeadPhiles RexAeterna and thanks for sharing! (better late than never, I often say. hehe.) :))

Sadly, the only non-current production AKG I've laid my ears on are the K1k's, however, I don't think they've yet to be considered as true vintages relative to AKG's phone production history. Good thing that our Master Sensei Ken recently hoarded a good number of vintage AKG's from eBay and is anxiously awaiting for their arrival. And not until I get a chance to listen to Ken's incoming aural gems can they un-become audio enigmas to these ole' ears of mine.

I guess you have tried his K240M in the shop? ::) It always is available.

Hehe thanks Master Rocio and Sir Sese, I'm really happy w/this K240DF monster, much hard to drive than my K240M/600ohm, but my K240M sound like little brother now compare to K240DF, I will have it ( one K240DF) recable (use Denko cable)by Sir Roy 2morrow for comparison, 8)

Ah. there you go! I want to hear them both and compare it to your resident K240M, specially I want to understand how those K240M seem to be the little brother this time around.  :)
Your other K240DF is really calling my name. hahaha
So the Denko is available too! Sir, I will get some for my K240M. :)

Yes my Denkos' cable are here w/ K240DFs', I will reserve some for u Sir Sese and u can ask Sir Roy for recable your K240M, he already got half of my Denko cables.Let see hows the K240Df sounds after recable, we can compare them ( stock K240Df, recable K240Df, stock K240M and recable K240M) 8)
