It's just that it hurts my ears - the driver housing being plastic and doesn't conform to my ears. Ouch.

I had though of getting KPP pads and cutting a little hole in them to insert the cups into and protect my ears but never got round to it. Other options are onto style pads fake or otherwise but they would need padding.
