First ImpressonsPackageThe SE535 comes with a small box about he same size as the Triplfi10 Pro. Quite easy to open without having to use an axe and saw to do it.

Nice packaging I must say. I'm getting very excited to try them out.
Inside, it contains, a few accessories(Shure Olives, Silicon tips, a pair of Triple flange tips, 1/4 adapter, airplane adapter, wax remover) and of course the IEM itself.
BuildFirst time I saw these, I was quite surprised on how small they are. I expected the to be around the size of the UETF10 but these are way smaller. The most notable feature on the physical build would be the rotating cables which is very convenient in positioning the earphone to your ears. They also help prevent the tangles. Its way more flexible and nice looking compared the the SE110 which I used to have. And oh cables are removable/replaceable BTW.
Sound
After all the tinkering and amazement of my new acquisition I finally decided to have a listen to them. As I've always been a fan of Acoustic Alchemy, I used some of their tracks(96/24) to evaluate instrument presentation one these. And for the vocals, the Makati Boys recommended Nina nonetheless. Played the Acoustic Alchemy tracks and the first thing I noticed was the SOUNDSTAGE, which was quite expansive for BA IEM and also instrument is so good you almost think they're tangible. I've had the UETF10 for quite sometime and soundstage was never like this, not even close. Presentation was like listening to a concert at ROXY Theatre, Nina's voice was quite pleasant to listen to I can hear almost every time she inhales and exhales. Second would be the most notable of all, the much praised MIDS presentation, I know these are the strength of the Shures but this one is different, way more different and way better. Very accurate presentation, rather forward and meaty. The highs are just right, though not as high as the one you can hear with the HE-5LE but very nice. The lows/bass is rather a love/hate thing. If you're a basshead you'd find the bass one these rather lacking a bit but very controlled. If you're a detail freak, you'd be impressed though.
ConclusionOf all the IEMs I've tried this one is the best so far. I've had the UETF10 and its very good specs wise but when it comes to sound it never really impressed me even with cable rolling. Don't get me wrong, the UETF10 was very good and all but it just didn't hit the spot for me. So if you're looking for a different route other than IE8 and SM3, I recommend these to you. You'd be a happy camper just like me.

Thanks for reading.
