crazy price men...

pk3 in hongkong is around 900, and around 1300 in ebay.
pk2 in hongkong is around 1900, and around 2300 in ebay.

those are shipped to your local post office not ems (pasay). but it still depends on the seller.

here is her/his copypasta'd answer to me. i lol'd

Considering my friend bought a PK2 at Jaben Hong Kong at much lower price then his/her PK3 about 1-2 weeks ago.

Quote
I would like to re-confirm that the item I am selling is the YUIN PK3, and not PK2. In relation with overpricing, I am, with full honesty and respect to all of my customers, not selling this item for huge profit gain. All my items that are for sale are attributed with competitive prices and of best quality. As a seller, I seriously take into consideration factors such as the scarcity of my products, the availability of these in our country, and their actual prices when I bought them in calculating my profit. You, as an inquiring customer, should at least not draw a hasty conclusion that my item is costly by simply basing your claims with the price of YUIN PK2 (which I believe you saw in the TipidPC community selling for P2750 by psp_accessories) and the current price of YUIN PK3 in other online markets.

If those I listed were the only reasons why you conclude my item is too expensive for you, why not buy from the YUIN PK2 from the seller I mentioned? Lastly, in case you are aware of, PK2 is currently selling for P3400 in Amazon without the additional payments yet and about the same in Head-Direct. It was indeed very fortunate for psp_accessories to have bought the PK2s earlier at a cheaper price and still able to sell them at a price lower than that of the present. Likewise lucky for you to have the opportunity to purchase from him anytime you want; but please, instead of you posting a statement which I found somewhat derogatory, do respect my part. Thanks for understanding!

he/she is basing his/her price at amazon and head-direct, which are both resellers of the product (if im not mistaken) and he/she is basing on that price as well.

Thanks!

I think the ebay prices are already including shipping, although I'm not sure if they will use EMS for that.

You dont have to worry about it though! The prices I mentioned doesn't include shipping, so its really lower. ;)

The price of pk2 and pk3 here is around 2k and 1.2k pesos. Actually it's a little bit lower than that because of the appreciating yuan. These are one of the best buys in taobao  :D

the prices are 8.6k, 4.5k and 2.6k for the ok models. i only have the ok1 recabled version. based on headfi's review, ok1 is difficult to drive but in my case maybe because it's recabled, it isn't. offers more detail than pk1 but if you want bass, you get pk1  :)

Hmm the OK3 sounds interesting for that price. How does it compare to the PK models if you have tried it?

Where can we get PK2's aside from TPC. From what i've read in this thread, tpc sellers are overcharging them.

if you have a credit card or paypal, you can buy from ebay and have them ship through normal air mail (not EMS) so that you would be getting your package at the nearest post office that is not EMS :)

I just checked TPC for Yuin PK2 listings and I found one who sells them brand new at Php 2750.

The price of the PK2 at head-direct.com is $79 which comes out to Php 3397.79 based on the current exchange rate.

Unless I'm missing something here, how is that "overcharging" if the TPC seller sells them at a cheaper price?

Well, i searched through ebay like Dyaems said. I saw someone selling it for 2k php + 300php for shipping. But there are alot of guys selling it. Im not sure on who/where to buy though.

head-direct is also a reseller if I'm not mistaken so they'll sell that in a higher price too.
